1.PVC coated overlay with LOCO magnetic stripes for magnetic card production- Introduction

HICO magnetic stripe coated PVC overlay MCO-MS-LOCO is applied with standard magnetic stripe. It applies the high-quality magnetic stripe made by LUCKY China. It can be directly laminated with the printing sheets in the card laminator before punched into standard magnetic card. It features high adhesion, no color change and deformation with long aging life after the process of lamination.

2). Coated overlay thickness range in mm: 0.04,0.05,0.06,0.08,0.10

3).Magnetic stripe feature: LOCO 300oe, standard width 12.7mm, black color, Peelable transfer model, Brand: LUCKY

4). Size tolerance: +/-0.5 mm in length and width, +/-5% in thickness.

5).Package method: 100/200 sheets per bag or as per customer requirements.

6). Storage condition: Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃, Keep it horizontally, avoid heavy pressing and direct sunlight.

Steps to make cards:

1).Put printing core and two overlays together, then put into the laminator.

(The laminating temperature and time is determined as per the instruction of the machine). Please be noticed that all glue sides of both PVC sheets and overlays are put inward.

2).Lamination lasts 10-15 minutes (6-8Mpa 125-140℃).
